We do not have a weight limit at Abberly Place, but we do not allow exotic animals (ferrets, snakes, lizards, etc).

No, we do not have breed restrictions but we do require a meet and greet with the animals to make sure they are not vicious.

3 animals allowed with no more than 2 dogs

One animal is a $300 upfront pet fee and an additional $10 monthly rent charge; Two animals is an upfront pet fee of $400 and an additional $15 in pet rent and Three animals (maximum of 2 dogs) is a $500 upfront pet fee and an additional $20 monthly pet rent.

You have two options, you can choose a refundable deposit of $500 (minus any damages done to the apartment) or you can choose a one time fee of $199.

We do offer three options to terminate your lease early. All three require at least a 60 days notice.

There are no utilities included in your rent.

We can do anything from 3 months to 15 months.

We do allow leases as short as 3 months on certain apartment homes.

You have a couple of options on how to report a service request. You can either call a service request in to the office or e-mail it in by our website at www.abberlyplace.com.

Rent is due on the first of every month.

You do not accrue late fees until the 6th of the month.

We do accept electronic payments however they must be in our office by the 5th of the month to avoid late fees.

There is no reserved parking.

All vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas. If you require locked parking spaces, we do offer detached garages for lease.

It is necessary to provide the office with all people that will be residing in the apartment.

You can install a satellite dish within your patio. It cannot make a permenant change to the building and has to be within the patio to meet our guidelines. You will also need to have certain exposure to get a signal. If you do not, there is nothing we can do to aid you with this issue.

Spectrum Select Cable and High-Speed Internet is included in your monthly rent.

We will be happy to accept your packages if you are not home.

We do have preferred employers, call to find out if your employer is on the list.

You can register to vote at North Carolina DMV Stations.

We do not allow co-signers for negative credit. We only allow guarantors to help meet income qualifications.

We have 2 resort stlye pools, 2 fitness centers with advanced cardio equipment, a movie watching area, game area with pool table and foosball table and game tables, 2 business centers, a conference room, 2 car care centers, valet dry cleaning, DVD checkout, etc.
  • Our apartments are about luxury. Our apartments have features such as 9 ceilings with triple crown molding, deep soaking garden tubs, custom bookshelves, built in net nooks, optional kitchen finishing packages (choice between modern white cabinetry with white appliances or maple cabinets with black appliances), we do have upgraded apartment homes with granite countertops and stainless steel packages.
  • It is all about location at Abberly Place. Our apartment homes are located in the beautiful and convenient White Oak Crossing area. You will be in walking distance from great retail stores, restaraunts, and entertainment venues. You are also less than a mile from Hwy 70 and I-40. You are only 10 minutes from Downtown Raleigh and all of your favorite triangle destinations.
